Hoodlums have invaded travellers along Cele Mile 2 Axis of Oshodi/Apapa Expressway Lagos. The travelers are said to be held up by a traffic jam.
The criminals took the advantage of the traffic to invade them, threatening to shoot those who fail to co-operate.
As at the time of filing this report, the details of the incident is yet to be known.
