The publisher of Leadership Newspaper, Chief (Dr) Sam Ndanusa Isaiah, is dead.
The pharmacist, journalist, politician cum business mogul passed on earlier this morning.
Nda-Isaiah, as he was popularly known, was an alumnus of the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, where he studied pharmacy.
He worked with Kano state hospital and was a columnist for Daily Trust.
He was also graduate of Yale University, where he obtained both master’s and doctorate degrees in Forestry.
He was a committed member of the ruling party, All Progressive Congress (APC), where he ran for presidency in 2015, though lost at primaries to President Buhari.
He was also the chief campaign strategist for President Buhari’s 2003 presidency bid.
The president has commiserated with the media world over the loss of the Niger-state-born icon, whom he described as his bosom friend.
